Publisher review:ABCDRESP State Space Time Response - State Space Time Response without Control Toolbox. ABCDRESP Time Response of a Linear State Space System.
Y=ABCDRESP(A,B,C,D,U,Xo,T) computes the time response of the linear time invariant system.x = Ax Buy = Cx DuA,B,C,D are the state space matrices describing a system having n states, p inputs, and q outputs. Therefore, A is n-by-n, B is n-by-p, C is q-by-n, and D is q-by-p
U is a matrix of inputs having p columns and as many rows as there are time points to compute.Xo is an n-by-1 vector of initial conditions.T is a linearly spaced vector with T(1)=0 identifying the time points where the solution is desired.
The output Y contains q columns and as many rows as there are elements in T.If D is empty it is assumed to contain all zeros. If Xo is empty it is assumed to be zero. The response is computed by finding the equivalent discrete time system by assuming that the input is constant between the time points. That is, the step invariance or ZOH transformation is applied. The resulting discrete time system is then iterated using the built in function LTITR. Requirements: ยท MATLAB Release: R13
